Mr. Sunil Pandey

Mr. Sunil Pandey leads the company’s Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation initiatives as the Chief AI & Digital Officer. A seasoned technology and business leader, he brings deep expertise in digital ecosystems. He holds an MCA, a PGDBA from Symbiosis, and has completed advanced professional certifications from IIMA, IIMB, MIT, and PMI-USA. With extensive experience spanning Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Power Transmission, and Water Management sectors, Mr. Pandey has a proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation in his previous organizations. Prior to joining HFCL, he served as CIO at JWIL Infra Limited and held leadership roles at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, Adani Green Energy Limited, and Moser Baer India Limited. In his current role, he is spearheading the Company’s adoption of AI and digital technologies to drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
