Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has adopted a Code of Practices & Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information on May 14, 2015.

The Board has also adopted a Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities of the Company by insiders on May 14, 2015.
