Fiber Distribution Panel (FDP)- Rack Mount

Fiber Distribution Panels – Rack Mount are panels that are used to provide cable interconnections between communication facilities, which can integrate fiber splicing, fiber termination, fiber optic adapters & connectors and cable connections together in a single unit. It can also work as a protective device to protect fiber optic connections from damage.

Joint Closures

Joint closures are designed for use with any cable construction in any environment and for numerous splice applications. Typically, fiber optic splice closures come in 2 types- horizontal and vertical. Horizontal type fiber closures are either flat or cylindrical case and are the ones used in mounted aerials or buried underground. As they are commonly made of high tensile construction plastic, they have good adaptability and compression resistance. On the other hand, a vertical fiber optic closure looks like a dome and is easy to be buried, though it can be used above the ground as well. Dome fiber optic splice closures usually require high-level seals and waterproof technology due to their underground applications. The various types of closures offered by us as part of this portfolio include heat shrink joint closures, mechanical joint closures and flat joint closures.

Applications

  • Telecommunication networks
  • Data communication networks
  • Outdoor applications
  • Duct, Aerial & Wall mounting

Optical Splitters

Splitter modules are widely known for their plug-and-play functionality. Optical splitters are based on planar light wave circuit technology and high precision alignment. They can split or combine light from one or two fibers into N outgoing fibers uniformly over a wide spectral range with ultra-low insertion loss and low polarization dependent loss.

Applications

  • FTTH access networks
  • Telecommunication networks
  • Data communication networks
  • CATV applications

Salient Features

  • Wide operating temperature range with low Insertion loss & low PDL
  • Ultra broadband performance (1260-1650 nm)
  • Tested for FTTH optical high power levels (analog video transmission)
  • Factory terminated and 100% tested for Insertion loss and Return loss
  • Customized packaging & configuration

Aerial Accessories

We provide a complete product range of aerial cable accessories for application in suspension assembly and terminating assembly.

Suspension Assembly

Helically formed suspension fittings along with the elastometer pad inserts strapped by a galvanized steel eye-band is used to hang from the twisted eye link connected to a pole mounted stay clamp or on the tension hook (J-shaped) installed on the C-bracket at the intermediate poles.

Termination Assembly

These fittings are used at tension/terminating poles (dead end poles) or poles where splices are located and the poles where the overhead alignment takes a turn, (angle exceeding more than 15 degrees)

Applications

  • Ethernet Networks
  • High precision guide pins
  • Premise Installation
  • Data Processing Networks
  • Telecommunication Networks
